AI Learning Event followed by Thanksgiving Dinner

We hosted an engaging and high-impact AI learning session where EO members explored practical applications of artificial intelligence, mapped their customer journeys, and worked through real business cases. Our speaker — the creator of the EO AI Series, an AI-in-Business expert, consultant in technological adoption for SMEs, student entrepreneurship mentor in Beijing and Ningbo, with an EMBA from Northwestern University and an Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University — led members through hands-on exercises that sparked active participation and fresh insights.

Key learnings focused on improving customer retention, strengthening customer advocacy, outperforming current and emerging competitors, and identifying the AI tools that best support these initiatives. Throughout the workshop, members applied the INSAIGHT Customer Canvas, the Digital Adoption Prompt Sheet, and AI Best Practices to transform ideas into clear, actionable next steps.

At the beginning of our AI event, our strategic partner, Pacific Prime came to inform us about their current offerings to regards to insurance. Many of our members are covered by Pacific Prime & we are very glad to have them as a Strategic Partner.
